Duties
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, leveraging warm calling techniques to generate interest and leads
- Engage with prospects using persuasive communication skills to understand their needs and present tailored solutions
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals effectively, ensuring mutual benefit for both the client and the company
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities within CRM software such as Salesforce
- Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to identify new opportunities and refine outreach strategies
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the sales process
- Follow up with leads regularly to nurture relationships, increase conversion rates, and maximize revenue potential
Experience
- Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales
- Excellent communication skills in English, and Spanish both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly
- Knowledge of outbound calling techniques, warm calling, and marketing strategies to generate leads effectively
- Experience in customer service roles that require active listening, problem-solving, and relationship building
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of motivation and enthusiasm for achieving sales targets
