What You’ll Do
- Answer inbound/outbound calls in English + Spanish
- Support customers: answer questions, schedule appointments, finalize contracts
- Manage multiple client accounts in a dynamic, high-energy environment
- Keep records accurate & professional
- Bring empathy, professionalism, and problem-solving to every call
Pay & Incentives
- Training: $12/hr (approx. 2 weeks)
- Live Calls: $13/hr starting
- Performance Bonuses: Earn up to +$2.50/hr for hitting KPIs
- Shift Differentials + Dependability Bonus
- Monthly Top Performer Prizes: $250 / $150 / $50
Top performers can earn $15.50+/hr + up to $580/month in extra bonuses
What You Need
- 1+ year experience in a call center or high-volume customer service role
- Clear bilingual communication (English + Spanish)
- Typing: 50+ WPM with accuracy
- Tech setup for remote work: reliable high-speed internet (100mbps+), computer (16GB RAM), antivirus, dual screens/large monitor, and a quiet dedicated workspace
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends/holidays
