Showroom Sales Assistant
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Showroom Sales Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers visiting our showroom, responsible for providing excellent customer service, showcasing products, and assisting with sales transactions. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the showroom is welcoming, well-maintained, and operates smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers as they enter the showroom and offer assistance.
- Provide detailed product information and support customers in making purchasing decisions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom.
- Handle customer inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email.
- Assist with processing sales orders and transactions using POS systems.
- Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
- Keep up to date with product knowledge, features, and pricing.
- Support marketing efforts such as in-store promotions and visual merchandising.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management.
- Handle complaints or direct them to the appropriate department for resolution.
Base pay rate $15.00 / hour commission with potential to make up $100k
Schedule:
Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
Saturday 9:00 am - 4:00 pm (Will have one day off during the week - will work 5 days total)
Closed on Sunday
Must have previous Sales Experience.
