Housekeeper
Schedules:
- Full time 40 hours
- Every other weekend; days & as needed during the week (back up)
Compensation:
- $ 16 to 19 per hour + Benefits (Vision, Medical, Dental, 401K, Paid Time Off, Family Leave)

Our company operates Residential Treatment Programs for individuals with Substance Abuse Disorder. We seek not merely to restore sobriety, but to transform our patients’ worlds from a state of everlasting darkness to vibrant technicolor. We believe that treatment is local, individualized, holistic and relational. We are currently in several states and are rapidly growing nationally.
Summary
Our ideal Housekeeper will be organized, efficient, proactive, and a responsive self-starter. They’ll be passionate about their work, pay close attention to detail, and demonstrate a strong sense of integrity and service while contributing to a clean and safe environment for our patients and staff.
They’ll be adaptable, dependable, and enjoy working both independently and as part of a team. The best candidates will be comfortable receiving feedback and eager to continuously improve. They will also take pride in their role in supporting the health and well-being of our recovery community.
Responsibilities
Interact with residents daily in a respectful and cooperative manner
Perform routine cleaning procedures throughout the facility according to policy
Clean kitchen and dining areas
Follow all waste disposal procedures as outlined by facility policy
Dispense and stock housekeeping supplies (soap, paper products, etc.)
Care for and use housekeeping equipment properly; report malfunctions
Report areas needing repair or maintenance
Assist with laundry duties as needed
Observe infection control procedures and patient rights policies
Attend required in-service training programs
Identify and report safety hazards or emergencies
Demonstrate dependability by arriving on time and working scheduled shifts
Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times
Accept feedback and guidance with a willingness to improve
Complete other related duties as assigned by the Facilities Manager or Executive Director
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent, or equivalent experience
Minimum 2 years of housekeeping experience preferred
Personal passion or interest in substance abuse recovery strongly preferred
Commitment to a drug-free lifestyle and responsible alcohol use required
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Authorization to work in the US is required
