Restaurant General Manager – Fine Dining (New York City Market)
We are actively recruiting experienced Restaurant General Managers and Assistant General Managers for several exciting opportunities within the New York City fine dining market. These roles are with respected hospitality groups known for delivering exceptional guest experiences, high culinary standards, and strong team cultures.
The ideal candidate will fine dining background proven success leading high-volume, upscale restaurant operations. This role requires a dynamic hospitality leader with strong front-of-house expertise, a passion for service excellence, and the ability to mentor and develop high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all front-of-house operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences and service standards
- Lead, mentor, and develop managers and hourly team members through hands-on training and coaching
- Manage daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, inventory, and service execution
- Maintain strong financial and business acumen, including cost controls, P&L awareness, and revenue optimization
- Foster a positive, professional culture focused on hospitality, teamwork, and accountability
- Collaborate with culinary leadership to ensure seamless service and operational excellence
Qualifications
- Fine dining restaurant experience required
- Proven leadership in high-volume, upscale restaurant environments
- Strong front-of-house operational expertise
- Demonstrated success in team development, training, and leadership
- Solid business and financial acumen
- Passion for hospitality and delivering elevated guest experiences

Pay: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
