Overview
We are searching for a pediatric physical therapist to join our team! We are an outpatient therapy clinic with locations in Centerton and Rogers, AR. We have a need for help at any of our locations along with some travel. We have a heart to serve children and their families. We would love to meet you and see if you are a good fit for our team!
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical, emotional, and social needs.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations and goals.
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' daily living skills and overall quality of life.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, exercises, and adaptive techniques.
- Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
- Participate in discharge planning to ensure smooth transitions for patients leaving care settings.
- Maintain knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy to effectively communicate with healthcare professionals.
Requirements
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Valid state license.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy.
- Experience in various settings such as inpatient, outpatient, acute care, geriatrics, and pediatrics is preferred.
- Familiarity with discharge planning processes and early intervention strategies.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Compassionate approach to patient care with a focus on improving quality of life.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
