Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Pasta Production Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for pasta and a keen eye for detail, ensuring that every batch of pasta meets our high standards. This role involves hands-on production, from running a pasta extruder to weighing and packaging, and requires both cleanliness and precision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare fresh pasta according to company recipes and specifications.
- Operate pasta-making equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.
- Monitor and adjust production processes to ensure consistency and quality.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all sanitation and safety guidelines.
- Assist with packaging and labeling products for sale.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
- Participate in inventory management and stock rotation.
- Contribute to product innovation and development as needed.
- Oversee small team of production workers
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food production or culinary arts preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Schedule:
- Mondays thru Fridays 11am - 7 pm
This position will eventually grow into a production manager position, We are growing rapidly and there is a ton of room for growth within the company.
