LINDEN HOUSE Assisted Living and Memory Care is a beautiful, well-maintained facility with 58 AL apartments and a 24-bed secured memory care unit. The Wellness Nurse LPNs work primarily on the AL side overseeing clinical care on their assigned shift. This includes administering or overseeing the administration of prescribed medications in accordance with physician orders, providing guidance and supervision to Nursing Assistants and RMAs , responding to special needs and emergencies, and communicating appropriate information to residents, families, and Linden House management.

Pay: $29.50 - $32.00 per hour
