Answer dealership group phones
Scan document from Car Deals
Scan document from payables

Second look all documents scanned
Direct customers to the correct department
Work cooperatively with internal office team
Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents when needed
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Excellent listening/communication skills, outgoing and positive personality
