Job Description:
Safetrux Inc. is hiring a solo daytime spot driver for our FedEx Ground linehaul operation out of Station 282 in Charlotte, NC. This is a steady, predictable role for a dependable Class A driver who wants consistent daytime hours and home time every day — no OTR, no nights away.
Responsibilities:
- Operate a Class A tractor for spot/shuttle moves out of Station 282
- Maintain on-time, safe, and professional performance
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Follow all DOT and FedEx Ground safety and compliance standards
Requirements:
- Valid Class A CDL
- Clean driving record
- Current DOT medical card
- Ability to pass a DOT drug screen and background check
- Punctual, reliable, and safety-focused
Preferred:
- Active FedEx Ground ID (strongly encouraged — we can move fast to get you started)
