Job Overview:
The Guest Services team provides a top-notch guest experience, engaging with patients, residents, families, and staff to help ease the transition into our facility. As a Guest Services team member, you will possess exceptional customer service skills and be able to effectively communicate with a diverse range of individuals.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct Ambassador Rounds daily to ensure rooms are ready for admission
- Meet with patients and families upon admission to assist with transition
- Understand the role of staff members and their functions in order to properly address needs
- Complete various administrative projects as directed by supervisor
- Possess appropriate computer skills needed to effectively accomplish required tasks
- Support admissions and activities departments with tours, paperwork, and engagement
About the Role:
As a Guest Services team member, you will be responsible for leading our Ambassador Rounds program, ensuring that rooms are ready for admission, and helping educate families about our services and departments. You will serve as a primary contact for patients and families, providing assistance and resolving any concerns they may have. You will also help support the admissions process, proactively meet with new admissions, and engage with patients and families to encourage positive reviews and share success stories.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Work Schedule:
This is a part-time position working 11:30am-8pm, every other weekend.
