Aircraft Electrical Technician

Strom Aviation is seeking experienced Aircraft Electrical Technicians to support aircraft modification and depot-level maintenance programs in San Antonio, TX.

Responsibilities
- Perform aircraft electrical modifications on and off aircraft.
- Install, repair, and modify electrical wiring, harnesses, and system components.
- Perform connector terminations including shielded wire, coaxial cable, and fiber optic wiring.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, technical orders, and process specifications.
- Troubleshoot aircraft electrical and environmental systems.
- Perform operational testing and inspections on aircraft electrical systems.
- Install and modify wire bundles and electrical assemblies.
- Maintain quality and safety standards while meeting production schedules.
- Assist and mentor less experienced technicians as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of aircraft electrical experience.
- Strong knowledge of aircraft electrical systems and electrical/electronic theory.
- Experience reading wiring diagrams, blueprints, and engineering drawings.
- Experience troubleshooting aircraft electrical systems.
- Ability to work rotating shifts and overtime as required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Depot-level aircraft maintenance or modification experience
- Experience operating forklifts, mobile cranes, or elevated work platforms
