Ecologic Entomology is a locally owned and growing pest management company serving various areas in MA. We are seeking an organized, customer-focused Logistics & Client Services Supervisor to help lead our day-to-day operations, scheduling, routing, customer service, and team support functions. This hands-on leadership role works closely with our office and field teams to ensure operational efficiency and an exceptional client experience.
This is a hands-on leadership role with the opportunity to help shape processes, support team development, and contribute to the continued growth of our company.
Primary Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily scheduling and routing to maximize efficiency, technician productivity, and client satisfaction.
- Serve as a central point of communication between clients, office staff, and the technical team.
- Provide day-to-day supervision, support, and accountability for our Client Service Representative.
- Assist with operational problem-solving and day-to-day schedule adjustments.
- Support onboarding and training initiatives for new team members.
- Coach and support team performance through communication and follow-up.
- Monitor service quality and help resolve client concerns.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure consistent follow-through on operational tasks and projects.
- Collaborate closely with leadership to support company goals and growth.
Qualifications
We're looking for someone who is organized, adaptable, and enjoys supporting both clients and team members in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Supervisory or team leadership experience required.
- Pest control industry experience strongly preferred; candidates with operations, scheduling, dispatch, customer service, property management, HVAC, landscaping, construction, or other service industry leadership experience are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and the ability to quickly learn new software systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- Highly motivated with strong follow-through and accountability.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Background check and clean driving record required.
