Responsibilities
- Reach out to prospective clients through outbound calls, emails, and digital outreach to generate new business opportunities
- Provide exceptional customer support by answering inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring client satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, client details, and sales activities using Microsoft Office tools and CRM systems
- Assist clients with product information, pricing, and order processing while demonstrating strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Follow up with leads and existing customers to maximize sales potential and build lasting relationships
- Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for increasing outreach effectiveness and achieving sales targets
- Handle data entry tasks efficiently, ensuring all client information is up-to-date and organized
Requirements
- Multilingual ability or bilingual proficiency in English plus another language is highly desirable
- Proven experience in sales, customer support, or call center environments is preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently over the phone and via email
- Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and data entry accuracy
- Demonstrated outbound calling experience with a focus on customer service excellence
- Knowledge of call center operations, phone etiquette, and analysis skills for assessing client needs
- Ability to handle cash transactions or cash handling experience is a plus but not mandatory
- Fast typing skills with attention to detail for efficient data management
- Prior experience in customer service roles involving client interaction and problem-solving
