About the Role
We are looking for a Garden Services Coordinator to join our landscape maintenance team in Irving, TX. This position will work closely with our Director of Garden Services and Maintenance Production Manager to support daily operations, scheduling, communication, and administrative coordination.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, friendly, dependable, comfortable working with computers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Director of Garden Services and Maintenance Production Manager to support daily operations.
- Assist with creating and maintaining schedules for Garden Managers, crews, and supporting services.
- Prepare and manage purchase orders (POs) as needed.
- Communicate professionally and consistently with Garden Managers and clients.
- Provide administrative and operational support to Garden Managers.
- Coordinate and schedule supporting services and vendors.
- Help ensure schedules, service requests, and client needs are communicated accurately and on time.
- Maintain organized records and information using computer systems and company software.
- Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks related to landscape and garden maintenance operations.
- Help the team respond quickly to changing priorities and scheduling needs.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service to clients and team members.
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of administrative, scheduling, customer service, or operations experience preferred.
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
- Friendly, professional, and positive attitude.
- Ability to work effectively with managers, field teams, vendors, and clients.
- Landscape, gardening, or property maintenance experience is a plus, but not required.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per hour
