Member Duties : The Development Coordination VISTA will support MSS’s organizational growth and help MSS to alleviate poverty in the region through the advancement of rural economic development. The VISTA will work closely with senior leadership to build the capacity of MSS’s development systems through the creation and implementation of a new organizational fundraising strategy. The VISTA will strengthen communications strategies with donors and partners to keep them engaged throughout the development process and support additional development sustainability through grant research, drafting, editing, and tracking of grant opportunities.
