Assists IT HelpDesk Technician installing and supporting desktop computers and applications, and telephones throughout Town offices and buildings. Seasonal Summer June through August
EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
- Unboxing computers

Imaging computer disk drives

Delivery, installation, and configuration of Windows computers

Installation and configuration of directly connected and networked printers

Investigates and resolves desktop hardware and software problems

Surveys and documents network and telephone lines
