Responsibilities
- Take clients out into the community.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents, fostering a positive atmosphere.
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations to protect the privacy and confidentiality of resident information.
- Engage in activities that promote social interaction and cognitive stimulation among residents.
Experience
- Previous experience in caregiving or related fields such as senior care, long-term
- Understanding of working with individuals on the autism spectrum is beneficial.
- Ability to lift and assist residents safely while adhering to proper body mechanics.
- A commitment to providing high-quality care while demonstrating empathy and patience.
