Role Summary
The Retail Associate is responsible for delivering an outstanding in-store experience for customers. This role supports sales, merchandising, and day-to-day store operations while building product knowledge to confidently guide customers through their e-bike journey.

Deliver friendly, engaging, and consultative sales experiences

Educate customers on e-bikes, accessories, and services

Assist customers with product selection, test ride coordination, and purchase decisions

Support store promotions and events to drive customer engagement
Store Operations

Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and merchandising standards

Assist with receiving inventory, restocking, and maintaining accurate stock levels

Support daily operational tasks including POS transactions and basic cash handling
Team Support

Collaborate with team members and leadership to meet store goals

Take direction from Key Holder and store leadership to support daily priorities

Contribute to a positive, team-oriented store culture
Qualifications

0–2 years of retail or customer service experience preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Customer-first mindset with a positive and energetic attitude

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Interest in cycling, e-bikes, or outdoor lifestyle is a plus
Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (bikes and equipment)

Ability to stand, walk, and be active for extended periods
