Duties

- Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to enhance the caring and educational experience.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care.
- Collaborate with other educators to share best practices in child care and education.
Experience
- Previous experience working with children in a child care setting is preferred.
- Strong understanding of child welfare principles and early childhood education practices.
- Experience in lesson planning is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated skills in classroom management and effective communication with students and parents.
