We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to our office by performing tasks such as answering phones, greeting visitors, and responding to emails and mail
- Manage and maintain office supplies, including inventory and ordering
- Assist with data entry and provide administrative assistance with various tasks
- Serve as a personal assistant to our management team, providing support with scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files, both physical and digital
- Utilize Google Suite to create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
- Demonstrate strong time management skills to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects
- Perform tasks that require computer literacy, such as troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Serve as a medical receptionist, managing patient flow and ensuring all medical records are up-to-date and secure
- Provide bilingual support to our clients and colleagues, as needed
- Proofread and edit documents, reports, and other materials to ensure accuracy and professionalism
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role
- Proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Bilingual or multilingual is an asset
- Experience with data entry and proofreading is preferred
- Familiarity with medical receptionist duties and experience in the healthcare industry is an asset
