Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented person willing to work along side of our Maintenance Lead to gain additional experience repairing and maintaining trucks. We have a fleet of pick-up trucks and a couple semi-trucks. Handyman skills are beneficial.

Minnick Concrete Services is a family-owned business providing services in concrete production such as retaining walls, pole base products, manhole structures along with burial products. We have been a successful business since 1978. If you have mechanical skills, we wish to hear from you!
Compensation: May be negotiable based on knowledge & experience. $18 - $22 per hour.
Eligible for additional $2/hr. attendance bonus weekly, above the base pay when you meet the requirements.
Accountabilities:
- Inspects and identifies equipment or machines in need of repair and reports them to the Maintenance Manager.
- Performs scheduled maintenance and repair on company trucks and vehicles.
- Troubleshoots issues to determine necessary repairs.
- Performs general repairs on equipment that do not require a specialized technician.
- Performs routine maintenance on building systems and equipment.
- Cleans and assists with upkeep of the facilities.
- Takes direction from the Maintenance lead
- Ability to plan work priorities, obtain necessary supplies, and assess skills needed to complete tasks.
- Assists team members with technical issues or advanced problems with given assignments.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or G.E.D.
- Basic mechanical on trucks and vehicles
- Basic electrical knowledge and skills is helpful
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical and HVAC is helpful
- May learn welding of metal while on the job
- Willingness to learn more in depth skill and knowledge
- Organized and ability to work independently
- Ability to take instruction and apply to tasks at hand
- Good attendance and dependable.
