*Other duties may be assigned ● Demonstrate excellent customer-focused attitude and service skills. ● Serve as a team player for technical support staff and service functions. ● Set up and install new computer systems, including hardware, client network software and application software. ● Diagnose computer, network and data communications malfunctions; perform maintenance and repairs on computer hardware and peripherals. ● Perform on-site maintenance and repair services on computer, media and telecommunications hardware and peripherals. ● Perform problem analysis to resolve system hardware and application issues. ● Perform diagnosis of problems, providing solutions within area of responsibility, and/or through consultation with the Director of Technology; and coordinate implementation of fixes and enhancements. ● Provide backup for other team members, as required. ● Create and maintain all appropriate system documentation. ● Maintain inventory of computer technology-related equipment, supplies and parts. ● Maintain appropriate records of equipment repairs and costs. ● Work cooperatively with other technical support staff to perform the above duties. ● Communicate appropriately and effectively with Director of Technology, co-workers, District staff and public. ● Perform other related duties as assigned by the Director of Technology ● Regular and reliable, in person attendance
Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
