Job Title: Line Cook
Pay: $12.00 – $14.00 per hour + tip pool
Job Type: Full-time / Part-time
Job Description: If you love cooking authentic Southern comfort food, this is the kitchen for you! We are seeking an experienced Line Cook / Baker to prepare large-batch recipes, fried favorites, and fresh-baked breads or pies. Unlike traditional kitchens where only the front staff gets tips, our back-of-house team shares in the tip pool!
What You’ll Do:
- Cook, fry, and bake menu items according to established bulk recipes.
- Monitor and log proper food temperatures to ensure safety and quality.
- Keep the service line constantly supplied with fresh, hot, and appealing product.
- Maintain a clean, sanitized station and follow strict kitchen safety protocols.
- Prep items for kitchen operations
What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ years of high-volume kitchen, buffet, or cafeteria experience preferred.
- Strong batch-cooking skills and ability to follow precise recipes.
- Passion for Southern cuisine and a strong work ethic.
Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
