We are seeking motivated and outgoing individuals to join our team as Telecommunications Sales Associates. In this role, you will represent leading telecommunications products and services through face-to-face sales and customer engagement efforts.
This is a direct sales position focused on connecting with customers, identifying their needs, and helping them select telecommunications services that best fit their lifestyle. Key Responsibilities
- Engage directly with prospective customers in person to promote telecommunications products and services
- Educate customers on available service options, features, and promotions
- Conduct needs-based conversations to recommend appropriate solutions
- Complete customer enrollments and sales transactions accurately
- Build positive relationships with customers through professional communication
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals
- Maintain current knowledge of products, services, and promotional offers
- Track sales activity and customer interactions
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable speaking with new people and building rapport
- Goal-oriented with a competitive and positive attitude
- Self-motivated and dependable
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn sales techniques and product knowledge
- Previous sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or customer-facing experience is a plus but not required
- Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States
