Yujo is a locally owned, fast-casual restaurant specializing in authentic Japanese ramen, Asian comfort food, and freshly brewed boba tea.
We are looking for dependable, friendly, and motivated individuals to join our Front of House team. No previous restaurant experience is required. We provide hands-on training and cross-train team members in multiple positions, making this a great opportunity for first-time job seekers as well as those with previous customer service experience.
Position Responsibilities
As a Front of House Team Member, you will be cross-trained as a Cashier, Food Runner, and Boba Barista. Responsibilities include:
- Provide friendly, attentive service to every guest
- Take accurate dine-in, takeout, phone, and delivery orders
- Operate the register and handle payments responsibly
- Prepare boba teas and other beverages according to Yujo standards
- Run food and ensure orders are accurate and complete
- Learn menu items, ingredients, and allergen information
- Communicate professionally with kitchen and front-of-house team members
- Assist guests with questions or concerns
- Maintain clean and organized dining, beverage, and service areas
- Clean and maintain guest restrooms as needed
- Stock and restock supplies throughout the shift
- Assist teammates and complete assigned opening and closing duties
What We're Looking For
- No previous restaurant experience required
- Customer service experience is a plus
- Dependable and punctual

- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stand and move throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
