- Manage multiple hospitality construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and reporting.
- Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Review and negotiate subcontractor agreements and manage subcontractor performance.
- Oversee project procurement, permitting, and material delivery schedules.
- Monitor project costs and implement strategies to maintain profitability.
- Partner closely with Superintendents to ensure safety, quality, and schedule objectives are achieved.
- Manage project documentation, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and contract administration.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships that drive repeat business opportunities.
