Clinic Manager – Outpatient Healthcare
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Clinic Manager to lead the daily operations of a growing outpatient clinic. This position is responsible for ensuring an exceptional patient experience, supporting staff development, driving operational efficiency, and helping the clinic achieve key performance goals.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day clinic operations and workflow
- Lead, coach, and support front office and clinical support staff
- Monitor scheduling, patient satisfaction, and clinic performance metrics
- Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and staff development
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Partner with leadership to achieve operational and financial objectives
- Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on patient care
Qualifications:
- Previous management or supervisory experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with scheduling, customer service, and team development
- Proficiency with EMR systems and Microsoft Office applications preferred
