Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Regional Manager to oversee multiple dental practice locations within our network. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, management, and business development skills, with a focus on driving growth, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering a positive team environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead regional operations, implement process improvements, and contribute to the overall success of our organization.
Duties
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve regional growth and operational objectives.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise practice managers and staff across multiple locations to ensure high performance and excellent patient care.
- Oversee profit and loss statements, budgeting, and financial performance to maximize profitability.
- Drive business development initiatives to expand patient base and enhance community engagement.
- Manage project timelines for new initiatives or renovations, ensuring timely completion within budget.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency, patient satisfaction, and staff productivity.
- Foster a collaborative team environment that promotes professional development and continuous improvement.

Requirements
- Proven management experience within healthcare or dental practice settings with supervisory responsibilities.
- Strong strategic planning skills with the ability to set clear goals and execute effectively.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a focus on team development and motivation.
- Experience managing profit & loss statements, budgets, and financial metrics.
- Background in business development with success in expanding service offerings or patient base.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously.
