Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Shift Leader/Server to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee daily operations during your shift, lead staff members, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain smooth store functions. Your leadership will help create a lively, efficient environment that keeps our guests coming back while supporting the team’s growth and success.
Duties
- Supervise daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to company standards
- Lead and motivate team members through effective management, training, and development of staff in customer service, POS systems, and sales techniques
- Manage employee orientation, and performance feedback to foster a high-performing team
- Oversee cash handling and to maintain operational accuracy
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining a clean and organized environment
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly with strong communication skills and professionalism
Skills
- Proven experience in supervising or managing/leading restaurant teams with strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual abilities are highly valued but not neccessary
- Proficiency in POS systems and cash handling
- Demonstrated ability in employee orientation, training & development, and team management
- Knowledge of the service indutry
- Effective organizational skills with time management expertise to handle multiple priorities efficiently
- Basic math skills essential for cash handling
