Position Summary
We are seeking a Full-Time Medical Assistant who is dependable, personable, and team-oriented. The ideal candidate thrives in a positivity-focused workplace, communicates clearly and kindly, and is committed to maintaining the highest level of professionalism while supporting both patients and colleagues.
Responsibilities
- Greet and room patients with professionalism, warmth, and positivity
- Record vital signs, medical history, and intake information accurately
- Prepare exam rooms, maintain cleanliness, and stock supplies
- Assist providers with hormone pellet therapy, injections, and aesthetic procedures
- Perform phlebotomy and administer intramuscular vitamin injections
- Maintain accurate charting and documentation in EMR
- Collaborate with front desk staff on scheduling and patient communication when needed
- Contribute to a supportive, team-based environment where positivity and professionalism are prioritized
Qualifications
- Medical Assistant certification required (CMA, RMA, CCMA)
- Phlebotomy and injection experience required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills — able to build rapport with patients and team members
- Positive attitude, professional appearance, and excellent customer service skills required
- Dependable, punctual, and adaptable in a fast-paced clinic
- EMR experience a plus
Position Details
- Full-Time: 40 hours per week

- Aesthetic treatments: 1 year (Preferred)
- EMR systems: 2 years (Preferred)
- Vital signs: 2 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Certified Medical Assistant (Required)
- BLS Certification (Required)
