Major Duties
- Manage daily calendars and coordinate meetings (virtual and in-person)
- Prepare reports, presentations, and format administrative documents
- Maintain accurate filing systems, logs, and data tracking tools
- Handle travel arrangements and process related documentation
- Sort and distribute incoming mail
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Answer and route incoming phone calls
What We Are Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- At least two years of experience in a professional office setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and SharePoint
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven reliability and stable work history
- Ability to handle multiple shifting priorities with ease
- Prior experience supporting executive-level staff preferred
Exciting Opportunity Details
- Rate: $22.00/hour
- Length of engagement: 1-year contract with the possibility of extension
- Days/Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (7.5 paid hours/day with a 30-minute unpaid lunch)
- Location: Albany, NY – Two openings available, one in zip code 12206 and one in 12210
