No Experience Class-A Truck Driver - New Graduates Welcome

Pay & Compensation
- Weekly pay: $1,300–$1,900/week
- Annual equivalent: $68,000–$98,000/year
- CPM: 51¢-65¢ (increases by 1 CPM each year for up to 14 years)
- Miles: 2,500–3,000 per week
Home Time
Orientation
- One day long
- Covers safety procedures, equipment familiarization, drug screening, and skills assessment
- Orientation pay: $300 paid with your first paycheck
- Transportation and hotel accommodations provided
Freight & Routes
- Operate on a dedicated Western regional account hauling 100% no-touch dry van general commodity freight throughout the 11 Western states. With established freight lanes and consistent year-round freight, drivers enjoy reliable miles, predictable routes, and steady work.
Equipment
- 2022 or newer Freightliner Cascadia
- Automatic transmission only - manual restriction accepted
- Assigned truck

Requirements
- Valid CDL-A license required
- No prior experience needed - new graduates welcome
- Must be 21 years or older
- Must reside within 100 miles of Los Angeles, CA
- Basic load securement principles
- No major moving violations in the last 12 months
- Background check for last 10 years
- Must pass hair follicle and urine drug screening
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer
- Perform pre and post trip inspections daily
- Maintain accurate ELD logs and required paperwork
- Deliver freight safely and on schedule
- Operate automatic tractors with 48–53 foot trailers
- Follow all DOT and FMCSA regulations
