Position
The Account Executive will serve as the primary coordinator between our customers, overseas manufacturing partners, and internal teams. The successful candidate will manage customer purchase orders, monitor production schedules, communicate delivery timelines, resolve issues proactively, and help ensure an exceptional customer experience.
This position requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced wholesale environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer accounts and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Process and administer customer purchase orders accurately.
- Coordinate purchase order fulfillment from order receipt through shipment.
- Communicate daily with overseas vendors and manufacturing partners regarding:
- Production status
- Sampling
- Order confirmations
- Shipping schedules
- Quality updates
- Delivery timelines
- Track production milestones to ensure on-time delivery.
- Monitor open orders and proactively identify potential delays.
- Work closely with Sales, Merchandising, Product Development, Logistics, and Accounting teams.
- Prepare and maintain order reports, production trackers, and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate revisions, changes, and customer requests throughout the order lifecycle.
- Ensure customer requirements and retailer compliance standards are met.
- Assist in inventory planning and allocation when required.
- Resolve order discrepancies, shipping issues, and vendor-related concerns promptly.
- Prepare customer quotations, order confirmations, and related documentation.
- Maintain accurate records in company ERP/order management systems.
- Participate in regular production and customer status meetings.
- Support management with reporting, forecasting, and special projects.
Qualifications
- Minimum of high school diploma, Bachelors degree is a plus.
Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office:
- Excel (formulas, sorting, filtering, pivot tables preferred)
- Outlook

- PowerPoint (plus)
- Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities.
