Responsibilities
- Assist with mechanical assembly tasks, interpreting technical drawings and diagrams to ensure precise construction
- Use hand tools for assembly, adjustments, and repairs, maintaining high standards of quality and safety
- Support the operation of assembly lines by feeding materials, monitoring workflow, and troubleshooting minor issues
- Follow manufacturing management procedures to maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety compliance in the factory
- Perform routine inspections of equipment and work areas to uphold safety standards in production processes
Experience
- Previous factory or manufacturing facility experience is highly preferred
- Hands-on experience with mechanical assembly and use of hand tools or power tools
- Familiarity with forklift operation and warehouse procedures is a strong advantage
- Understanding of safety standards in production environments, including heavy lifting protocols
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and technical instructions accurately
- Experience working on assembly lines or in manufacturing management roles is beneficial
- Strong mechanical knowledge combined with technical proficiency to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively
