Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Line Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals in a fast-paced environment while maintaining cleanliness, food safety, and efficiency. You will play a key role in delivering an excellent dining experience by consistently executing recipes and presentation standards. ServSafe preferred but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, portion sizes, and quality standards.

Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies.

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the work area, including kitchen equipment and tools.

Follow proper food handling and safety procedures

Ensure food is prepared in a timely manner and plated with attention to detail.

Assist with receiving and storing inventory

Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff and communicate effectively with the team
