American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN - Case Management for a 13-week travel contract at a hospital in Portsmouth, NH, requiring acute hospital case management and critical care experience with an active NH or compact RN license.

Position is based in the Case Management unit of an acute care hospital in Portsmouth, NH
-
36-bed unit with a patient ratio of 18:1

Day shift schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
-
Weekend rotation required

EMR: Midas
-
Procedures and responsibilities include utilization management, care coordination, discharge planning, and revenue integrity
-
13-week contract
-
Active NH RN license or compact RN license currently in hand at time of consideration

Current BLS certification (AHA or ARC accepted; must not expire within the first 30 days of the assignment start)

Minimum 2 years of experience in a hospital setting

Acute hospital RN Case Management experience required

Critical care experience required

U.S. SSN and date of birth required for consideration

One professional reference required (two required if from Florida or Missouri)

No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

Business casual dress code required

Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible; local candidates will not be considered
