Make a meaningful impact in a residential setting where clients come to heal, grow, and rebuild their lives. Located in Dodgeville, WI (45 minutes from Madison), Wood Violet Recovery is a mission-driven, privately owned treatment center offering mental health and dual-diagnosis care.
We’re seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist who is passionate about client-centered work and who will facilitate at least 20 hours per week of therapeutic group programming alongside individual sessions and clinical treatment planning.
What You’ll Do

Facilitate group therapy and psychoeducation.

Provide individual therapy, assessments, and treatment planning.

Support crisis intervention and stabilization.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to guide client progress.

Complete documentation accurately and on time.
What You'll Bring
-
Active WI license: LPC, LCSW, or LMFT (required).

Experience with mental health and/or co-occurring disorders.

Strong group facilitation skills and clinical judgment.

CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
