The Production Business Leader is responsible for leading and managing the daily performance of the Business Center to achieve safety, quality, cost, and delivery objectives. This role provides direction and leadership for production operations, implements plant optimization initiatives, and drives continuous improvement across the manufacturing environment. The position plays a critical role in managing resources, developing teams, and ensuring operational excellence while supporting both short-term performance and long-term business goals. Success in this role requires strong manufacturing leadership, financial acumen, and the ability to build high-performing teams.

What You Will Do
Lead the daily performance of the Business Center by managing safety, quality, cost, and delivery objectives while addressing production challenges and operational priorities.
Drive a zero-incident culture through the implementation of safety systems and the follow-up of near misses, accidents, and unsafe acts.
Ensure product integrity and compliance with legal, technical, and quality standards through effective quality systems and operational controls.
Manage operational costs by controlling labor, overtime, inventory, maintenance spending, and waste while supporting budget attainment goals.
Coordinate production activities and collaborate with other business centers to ensure the timely delivery of quality products to internal and external customers.
Lead plant optimization initiatives, develop salaried and hourly team members, and support workforce planning and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) activities.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelors degree or in lieu of degree 10 or more years of experience in manufacturing and supervision.
5 or more years of manufacturing management experience, including managing a budget and managing staff/other managers.
Manufacturing leadership of a multi-discipline team.
Knowledge of plant optimization manufacturing techniques.
Understanding of financial information related to manufacturing operations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
