This contract opportunity focuses on supporting Operating Room procedures, requiring advanced skills for trauma, robotics, ortho trauma, and neuro cases. Schedule:
- 8:30 am – 9:00 pm
- Call: 1 night per week (9:00 pm – 7:00 am)
- Every sixth weekend required (either 7:00 am – 7:00 pm or 7:00 pm – 7:00 am)
Qualifications:
- Current, active RN license with at least 2+ years of circulating experience in a Level 2 or higher trauma Operating Room
- Proficiency in robotic surgery support, orthopedic trauma, and neuro procedures
- Comfortable covering call rotation as outlined above
- Exceptional assessment, communication, and documentation abilities
- Experience effectively collaborating with interdisciplinary teams
- No heart experience required
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate, delegate, and provide compassionate perioperative patient care using the nursing process
- Supervise and educate patients and families, ensuring clarity and support throughout surgical experiences
- Accurately document observations, interventions, and patient progress
- Ensure timely and clear communication of critical patient/family information to the healthcare team
- Participate in identifying, planning, and implementing solutions for variances from patient goals

$2,236 - $2,365/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
