Position Overview:
Alcamena has built a robust pipeline of anti-inflammatory peptide therapeutics targeting key cytokines, including IL-6, TNF-α, IL-23, and IL-17. Our lead anti-IL-6 peptide has demonstrated preclinical performance comparable to or exceeding that of established antibody therapies such as Tocilizumab, Sarilumab, and Siltuximab.
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Director to establish strategic partnerships with pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies. This individual will identify and cultivate licensing, co-development, and research collaboration opportunities that advance our peptide candidates toward commercialization while expanding adoption of Alcamena's discovery platform.
Qualifications
- Extensive network of decision-makers within the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries.
- Proven track record of originating and closing business development, licensing, or strategic partnership deals in biotechnology or life sciences.
Pay: $24,000.00 - $500,000.88 per year
