We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Human Resource Coordinator to join our growing team. This individual will play a key role in supporting our employees and fostering a positive workplace culture by assisting with:
Job Responsibilities and Duties:
Assist supporting new hire orientation process within facilities, teaching/training leading towards successful retention rates.
Assist with HRIS data entry and auditing to ensure accurate employee records are maintained.
Facilitate onboarding processes for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
Provide support in contract management related to employment agreements as directed.
Review of payroll accuracy and compliance with processes with accuracy in data.
Coordinate with HR team to help oversee PBJ (Payroll Based Journal) reporting and compliance, ensuring accurate staffing data submission to CMS Oversee benefits administration, workers’ compensation, and leave management programs
Requirements
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proven experience in HR functions preferred
Familiarity with HRIS systems; preferably ADP or other systems.
Knowledge of HR regulations and compliance standards.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred.
