We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Production Associates to join our manufacturing team in Grand Rapids (49512). This role involves supporting daily operations within a fast-paced but straightforward factory environment. This offers an excellent, low-stress opportunity to develop skills in assembly and warehouse procedures while earning weekly pay with consistent overtime opportunities. Prior factory or warehouse experience is advantageous but not mandatory; we provide full training for all specific equipment.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor straightforward manufacturing equipment, ensuring a smooth workflow, and adherence to safety standards.
- Use basic hand tools, power tools, and mechanical devices to assemble components accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with the setup, changeover, and troubleshooting of machinery as needed.
- Perform routine visual inspections of products and equipment to maintain quality standards.
- Support warehouse functions, including light material handling and shipping preparation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and improve processes.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in manufacturing or factory environments is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity or comfort using basic hand tools, power tools, or working in warehouse settings is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork skills and good communication abilities.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 75 pounds, and perform manual tasks as required.
- Must live within 30 minutes of Grand Rapids, MI 49512.
- Clean background is required.
