We are actively seeking an Experienced Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team at Vaden Chevrolet Pooler. This is a great opportunity for someone who has previous BDC or call center experience and is ready to hit the ground running in a high-energy, customer-focused environment. Your primary goal in this role is to communicate with prospective buyers and schedule appointments with our sales team — helping connect our customers to the vehicles they want and the service they deserve.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Respond to internet, phone, and live chat inquiries using a guided script
- Provide detailed and accurate information regarding vehicle pricing, availability, and incentives
- Engage customers with professionalism, energy, and a helpful attitude
- Schedule multiple sales appointments each day for potential buyers
- Consistently follow up with leads who are not yet ready to schedule
- Ensure a smooth and friendly customer experience from first contact to appointment
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior experience in an automotive BDC or similar high-volume customer contact role is required
- Background in call center or customer service is strongly preferred
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly
- Positive, self-motivated, and thrives in a goal-driven environment
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and adjust to changing priorities
- Strong work ethic, professional appearance, and team-oriented mindset
- Proficient with phone, email, and chat-based communication
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
