Shift Leads are key members of our team who support daily operations, assist team members, and help ensure a great experience for both our guests and employees. Essential Job Duties Include:
- Train newly hired employees to ensure they are performing according to company standards.
- Provide constructive feedback to trainees and managers regarding employee strengths and areas of opportunity.
- Provide hands-on support to non-management employees when needed.
- Work within your core function (FOH) when not training or supporting new team members.
Qualifications:
- Previous restaurant experience preferred.
- Familiarity with the Toast POS system is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
