As ambassadors of our enchanted island of Puerto Rico, we are seeking passionate candidates to join our winning team as a Concierge & Tour Desk agents in the San Juan Vicinity. ( Hotel Rumbao & Embassy Suites Isla Verde )
Responsibilities will include but will not be limited to managing the daily operations of the Concierge & Tour desk. You will be the point of contact for hotel guests with requests, Vacation club date requests, restaurant reservations, booking excursions, suggesting alternatives, arranging transportation, and providing information on upcoming events.
You will also have the privilege to experience first-hand the excursions we offer, the restaurants we recommend, this will be part of your training.

Job Types: Part-time and full-time / Benefits: Open schedule Regular Vacations and Sick leave in accordance with Labor hours * Salary starts at $10.50 Hr / Schedule: 8-hour shift Holidays
7 days a week
Supplemental Pay: Commission pay monthly / weekly salary
