Your Role
As a caregiver, you'll help residents live safely, comfortably, and with dignity while encouraging as much independence as possible.
Your responsibilities include:
- Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
- Providing companionship, conversation, and emotional support
- Preparing and serving meals while encouraging proper nutrition and hydration
- Assisting with medication administration (training provided as applicable)
- Observing and reporting changes in resident condition
- Completing documentation accurately
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming home environment
- Working alongside coworkers, nurses, hospice, families, and healthcare providers
- Participating in activities and helping create enjoyable daily experiences for residents

Qualifications
- Caregiving, assisted living, home care, healthcare, or direct care experience is preferred—but we're happy to train the right person with the right heart.
- Medication administration experience is a plus.
- CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
- Must pass all required background checks and meet employment requirements.
