What You'll Do
As a Production Specialist, you'll play an important role in refurbishing and refilling 20-pound propane cylinders in our indoor/outdoor production facility. Your work helps ensure our customers receive safe, high-quality products every day.
Responsibilities include:
- Unloading and inspecting propane cylinders
- Scraping, hanging, sleeving, and palletizing cylinders throughout the production process
- Monitoring production operations to maintain efficiency and quality
- Inspecting finished products to ensure they meet company quality standards
- Keeping work areas clean, organized, and safe
- Following all safety procedures and contributing to a strong safety culture

Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Ability to stand for 8–10 hours per shift
- Comfortable working in indoor and outdoor environments
- Ability to bend, stoop, and perform physical tasks throughout the day
- Ability to grasp, grip, and twist using hands and wrists
- Willingness to follow instructions and learn new skills
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
