We are looking for a hungry, self-motivated Sales Representative to help us connect with local businesses looking to scale their brands through professional video.
This is a 100% commission-based role with uncapped earning potential, meaning your income directly reflects your drive. Because our video packages range from professional tier to comprehensive brand dominance retainer models, individual deal sizes are high—translating to significant payouts per close.
The Gibby Visuals Perk: Unlike typical sales roles, you aren't just stuck behind a desk. For reps interested in the creative side, you will have the priority opportunity to work on-set for the productions you close, earning additional flat-rate or hourly crew pay.Responsibilities
- Hunt & Close: Prospect, network, and pitch Gibby Visuals' video production and retainer packages to local business owners, marketing directors, and organizations.
- Consultative Selling: Meet with prospective clients to understand their business goals and map them to our creative video solutions.
- Pipeline Management: Manage your own leads from initial outreach through contract signing.
- Relationship Building: Foster long-term relationships to secure recurring retainer contracts (which mean recurring commissions for you).
