Minimum Qualification Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in recreation, physical education, sports management, public administration, or a related field from a college or university accredited by a regional accrediting agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education, and minimum 3 years’ experience in aquatic program administration, pool operations, or aquatic facility supervision; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that demonstrates the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Special Requirement:
Possession of a valid driver’s license from state of residence. Must possess: Certified Pool/Spa Operator (CPO) certification. Must possess or achieve within six months of employment: Lifeguarding/First Aid/CPR/AED and Lifeguarding Instructor certification.
